Surrey County Council (SCC) is pleased to bring forward plans for new, high quality, affordable Extra Care Housing on the site formerly used by the Auriol Junior School as a playing field in Worcester Park. The Council and our designers are keen to understand the local community’s views and to seek feedback before submitting a formal outline planning application.
Thank you for sharing your view in our survey, which is now closed. All of the feedback received during this consultation will be included in a report that will be submitted as part of any planning application.
We have held consultation events for residents to take part and find out more. You can now watch the recordings.
