A new access road will be created to link the site to Salisbury Road.

  There will be a separate access to Salisbury Road for pedestrians and a link from the south of the site to the footpath leading to bus stops in Newbury Gardens. 

  The car parking will be based on a necessary provision to meet the needs for the residents, staff and visitors.

   All parking bays will have electric charging points.

   There will be a secure cycle and mobility scooter storage.
